Control System Design
Our control systems are custom designed and adapted to the requisites of client installations. We provide detailed electrical diagrams and layouts of communication architectures to offer the optimal solution in terms of sustainability, scalability, robustness, and cost.
Retrofit
We have extensive experience in replacing obsolete equipment in critical facilities. These processes are designed to minimize the time needed for replacement and allow us to provide the latest technologies to legacy equipment.
Consulting & Auditing
We offer consulting services to advise our clients in the search for solutions and in the drafting of technical specifications. We also carry out audits to provide official documentation and records.
Cybersecurity Assessments
We offer the necessary hardware and software equipment to carry out real-time monitoring of the state of control networks in order to comply with current cyber security regulations, such as IEC 62443, or the recommendations of institutions such as ENISA or INCIBE.
PLC & HMI Programming
At GEDLux, our expert engineers specialize in the custom design, construction, and programming of PLC control systems that allow for optimal automation of our client's systems and processes.
These PLC-based solutions are complemented by HMI touch interfaces, which provide the user with an immediate overview of the system's status and make it easier to operate.
Manufacturing Workshops
Our capacity to manufacture both small control cabinets and comprehensive control and protection racks means that we can offer our customers a complete electrical process solution. GEDLux has two manufacturing workshops with different production capacities in Madrid and La Rioja.
Components
We only use high quality components from reputable suppliers for our products, giving priority to domestic materials as far as possible. Likewise, we can adapt to the requirements of our clients, be it through standardisation of their stock or through specific product requests.
FAT Testing Laboratory
Commissioning
Our technical team is specialized in carrying out field tests (SAT) to validate the systems being supplied and certify all the tests carried out. We provide, among other options, single-phase and three-phase testing equipment.
Custom Design
We pride ourselves on our team's expertise and knowledge being so extensive that our courses are not prefabricated nor ready-made. Each one is adapted for the requirements of clients and their device operators with course time being allotted correctly to optimise the period of instruction and practice to achieve the optimal result.
Certified Training
Our personalized product training courses have the official approval and support of Hitachi Energy and ABB. All courses are approved, certified, and recognized by product manufacturers.
Location
Training can take place either at the client's premises or our head office in Madrid, or remotely using real-time virtual classrooms.
